Accessibility Statement
USAIndiaCFO is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to deliver an inclusive experience for people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice input, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing improvement program. We prioritize fixes that affect core journeys such as reading service information, completing enquiry forms, managing cookie preferences, and booking consultations.
Our target conformance level is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are actively working to meet this target across our public pages and key user flows.
Because accessibility depends on many factors, including user settings, browsers, assistive technologies, and third-party components, some parts of the website may not yet fully conform in every scenario. If you encounter an issue, please contact us and we will work with you to provide an accessible alternative.
We take the following measures to support accessibility:
- Use semantic HTML and clear document structure (headings, landmarks, lists) to support assistive technologies
- Provide keyboard accessibility for interactive elements (navigation, buttons, dialogs) and visible focus indicators
- Maintain sufficient color contrast and avoid relying on color alone to convey meaning
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons where applicable
- Use descriptive labels, instructions, and error messaging for forms, including required fields and validation feedback
- Support responsive layouts so content remains usable on mobile devices and when zoomed
- Avoid auto-playing audio and reduce motion where feasible, respecting user preferences when available
- Self-host fonts used on the website to avoid third-party font requests during page load
Some site functionality may be delivered through third-party tools (for example consent management or scheduling). While we select reputable providers and configure these tools responsibly, we may have limited control over their internal accessibility behavior.
- Consent management (Usercentrics): used to manage cookie preferences and vendor disclosures
- Scheduling (for example Calendly): used to book consultations, and may open in a widget or external page depending on configuration
If a third-party component creates an accessibility barrier, contact us and we will offer a reasonable alternative method to complete the same task.
Despite our efforts, you may encounter some limitations, especially in edge cases. Examples may include:
- Occasional inconsistencies in focus order or focus visibility in complex interactive components
- Some older downloadable documents (if any) may not be fully optimized for screen readers
- Third-party widgets may have limited customization for certain accessibility behaviors
We review reported issues and prioritize remediation based on severity and impact on essential tasks.
The website is designed to work with modern browsers and assistive technologies. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of your browser and operating system.
- Keyboard-only navigation supported across primary navigation and forms
- Screen reader support targeted for common combinations (for example NVDA with Firefox, VoiceOver with Safari, TalkBack on Android)
- Zoom and text scaling supported, including on mobile devices
We evaluate accessibility using a combination of automated checks and manual testing, focusing on real user flows such as reading key pages, submitting forms, opening consent settings, and booking a call.
- Automated scans to detect common WCAG issues (for example missing labels, contrast risks, and ARIA errors)
- Manual keyboard testing for navigation, menus, dialogs, and forms
- Assistive technology spot-checks for core flows
When we introduce new pages or components, we aim to apply accessibility checks before release and to fix critical issues as quickly as practical.
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the USAIndiaCFO website. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us and include the page URL and a short description of the issue.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly and typically respond within 3 to 7 days. Complex issues may take longer to investigate, but we will keep you informed of progress.
If you contact us about an accessibility issue, we will process the personal data you provide (for example your email address and the details of your request) only to respond to you, investigate the issue, and provide an accessible alternative where needed.
